แนวทางการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียนอนุบาลระนอง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระนอง
Abstract
This research is aimed to 1) to study personnel administration of Anuban Ranong School under Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2) to propose methods of personnel administration at Anuban Ranong School under Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The population were 50 admistrators and teachers of Anuban Ranong School under Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office and five advisories. The instruments used were questionare and interview form. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
The fiding shown that
1. Personnel administration of Anuban Ranong School under Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office was presented in good level, when categorized in each aspects shown that strengthening government working efficiency was presented in the most level, and there were presented in very good level with manpower and position planning, discipline and discipline maintaining , personnel recruitment and appointment and retirement respectively.
2. Methods of personnel administration at Anuban Ranong School under Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office were shown that 1) analysis of suitable individual ability and participation of need analysis. 2) administration of four internal works by using merit system.
3) assignment of curriculum developing correspondence with need of personals’ individual developing . 4) appointment committee of getting grievance of personal in school sytemmatically.
5) consideration of resign permission, suspension and retirement command by using law proposed by the office of the teacher civill service and educational personal commission proposed.
