Abstract


This research aimed to study 1) Administrators’ roles to create study on ministrators’ Roles and Guidelines to Create Teachers’ motivation in Soidorkmark educational quality improvement in the office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 3. 2) the development and motivation of teachers to work in educational instituiton.The sample were.103 teachers by Simple Random Sampling and 5 administrators interview by purposive sampling . Tools used in research (1)The data were collected by using a 5 rating scale that. has content validity IOC = 0.98 and the reliability = 0.99 (2) 10 question interview that has content validity IOC=1.00 .The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

          The results indicated that

(1)    The administrators’ roles to create teachers’ motivation in Soidorkmark

Educational quality improvement in the office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 3. Overall were at a high level and when considering by each area ranging the most to the least as follows the characteristics of work, responsibility ,sustainabilily at work, working environment ,the relationship between the agencies,working success,policy and administration,the advancement in career,recognition,and salary or income (2) The guidelines to create teachers’ motivation were in ten categories as follows. 1) in terms of characteristics of work,administrators should assign task that match the individual,s  capability in order to succeed,2) in terms of recognition,the administrators should have morality, manage human resource and work well by using dharma as follows, Promviharn 4,Sangkahavathu 4 and Iiddtibart 4 3) in terms of working sustainabilily,job stability,justice and discipline should be implemented, 4) in terms of working environment, personnel should be provided to work in a clean environment and well equipped facilities 5) in terms of personnel relation at work,the administrators should be neutral and administer based on political science rather than jurisprudence,6) in terms the success of the work there should be moral Praise when the work is completed, so that encouraged others to work longer.7) in terms of policy and administration,the personnel should be provided an opportunity to make policy according to their context,8) in terms of promotion, administrators should provide opportunity for Salary considerations promoted by the appearance of a fair and considered.9) in terms  of responsibility,administrators should administer by democracy,good governance and participation, and 10) in terms of income, personnel should be with instilled the sufficiency economy.
