Abstract
The objectives of this study were (1) To study Superleadership of executive of child development Centers. (2) To find out recommendation to develop superleadership of executive of child development centers. The Sample Consisted Such as Child Development Centers Chief. Child care teacher at child development centers. and committee of child development centers. at Maha Sarakham province was 3 for the 2 district for kosumphisai Maha Sarakham province such as child development Centers Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO ) Khwaorai. Khwaorai district Child development centers. Subdistrict Administrative Organization. w at-wangkung khwaorai district and child development centers Subdistrict Administrative Organization Wang-Yao. Wang-Yao district was 40 people. Instrumentation was Questionnarire Scal level 5 and content validity (IOC) 1.00 Reliability 0.95. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage , mean , standard deviation. Standard normal distribution t-test independent and F-test ( ANOVA )
The research findings were as follows :

Activities learning various accord need for learner community and social. Average lowest is complement resource mobilization person and level learning sources use study.
3. It was recommended that to study superleadership of executive of child development centers. Guestionnaire have opinion corresponding most 3 rating. The first such as in formation system. As data management 4 parties and transparency check management subordinate is should have this report use budgets renew publicly for transparency can check and the process personnel working should have committee scrutinize or should have outsider such as committee of child development centers , parent and teacher is committee select should not be selfish partisan upset bureaucracy respectively.
