Abstract


               The objectives of the research were to study Personnel Management in Small Children Development Center, Local Administrative Organization, Kosumphisai District, MahasarakhamProvince. The sampling werethe smallchildren leaders, the teachers who were children guardian and administrative commission totaling 40 people under small children development center, TambonKhwarai Administrative Organization, small children development center, TambonWangyao Administrative Organization, and small children development center, Wat Ban Wangkung, Kosumphisai District, Mahasarakham Province. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires of rating scale, and data analysis was made by Mean, Percentage and Standard Deviation.

The findings were as followed:

1. Personnel Management in Small Children Development Center, Local Administrative Organization, Kosumphisai District, Mahasarakham  Province was totally at high level, when considering on each aspect arranging from high to low level, it was made in the followings: Selection and recruitment, the planning for man power and positioning, effective creation for official operation, discipline and how to follow it strictly, and how to resign from the governmental operation respectively.

2. As for the guideline to promote the personnel management in small children development center local administrative organization, Kosumphisai District, Mahasarakham Province according to the opinion and development guideline it should be prioritized in the followings: Resigning from the governmental operation, and discipline and how to protect it strictly.
