Abstract


This research aims to study (1) the internal supervision of authentic and as expected and (2) to propose the development of internal supervision Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. By using a questionnaire Validity between 0.67 - 1.00 according to the index for the consistency between question on the purpose, reliability 0.987 by cronbach's alpha coefficient. Study of Educational Supervision authentic as expected and prioritize the needs of the internal supervision according to Priority Need Index (PNI) improved (PNImodifies).  Samples 146 school, 438 people, then interview the experts 9 people find ways to improve communication within the school, using techniques to monitor data triangulation then analyzes the data content.

The research found that

1. Supervision of site conditions and the expected overall and specifically at a high level. When considering the respective needs of high to low found the knowledge of what to do, followed by an evaluation of the operation, followed by operations, minor planning supervision and building morale respectively

2. Guidelines for the Development of Educational Supervision. (1) Planning supervision should explore the need for supervision within the school, the information system should be used in the planning of internal supervision, there should be a program of internal supervision, there should be a supervisory board within the school. (2) The knowledge of what to do should have the knowledge, training of trainers to staff within the school. (3) Operations should be designed to meet the learning objectives of the curriculum, there should be quality control of the internal supervision, success should be evaluated periodically to oversee the schools should develop learning up to date, there should be an evaluation of student learning. (4) The morale should recognize and accept the values of their own, there should be a service that meets the needs of teachers, should have the choice to use multiple forms of communication such as the telephone or the Internet. (5) The evaluation of operations there should be a breakdown of communication within the school, should the development of internal supervision continuing education, the report should be prepared on site to oversee the study, the framework should include an evaluation of internal supervision.
