Abstract
This study aimed to study and to compare the participations in academic administration of teacher in the opportunity expansion schools under the Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The simples consisted of 103 teachers in 6 opportunity expansion schools in Kraburi District. The data was analyzed by using computer program for finding percentage, means, standard deviation and T-test.
The results of the study were as follows:
1) The personal information of respondents, the most of the respondents were women (81.10%), work experiences 1-5 years (38.50%) and the teachers in large school (67.10%).
2) The results of the participations in academic administration of teacher in the opportunity expansion schools under the Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office is high level. They are put in order from high to low as the follow: measurement and evaluation, teaching, activities of learners, curriculum, supervisory performance in school, and classroom research.
3) The study compares participating in academic administration of teacher in the opportunity expansion schools under the Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office analyze by sex and work experiences found that Participation in academic administration is no different. In terms of school size stated that differences are statistically significant at 0.5.
