Abstract


          The purpose of the research is (1) to study the school’s crew developing who work for Ranong’s Bureau of Special Education (2) to compare the notions about school’s crew developing who work for Ranong’s Bureau of Special Education.There are 70 persons. Analyze the informationby average,statistic,percentage,the standard deviation, T-test, and F-test. The research shows that (1) the school’s crew who belong for Ranong’s Bureau of Special Education follow the comment of the director and teacher shown that the result is high in general and in field. For inside supervision is the first. For the second is a participatory action meeting, next is training, orientation while the last one is study tour.(2) the comparative result of opinion toward school’s crew development who belong to Ranong’s Bureau of Special Education classified by sex. We found that in general and in field are barely different (3) the result of comparison’s view of school’s crewwho work for Ranong’s Bureau of Special Education classified by work experience in general and in field shown that there’s no different (4) the comparison about school’s crew developing who work for Ranong’s Bureau of Special Education analyzed by size of school appear that there’s a significant different by statistic at .05 and in field, there’s no different.
