Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the participative administration of schools under the Office of Ranong Educational Service Area. To compare the levels of participative administration of school classified by the status to occupy. Sample consisted of administrators, teachers, Commitees of Basic Education were 63 persons. Instruments used was a set of rating scale questionnaires. Statistics employed were percentage, mean standard deviation, F-test (One-Way ANOVA). The Results of Research 1) The participative administration of school in overall was at high level. 2) The result of comparison of participative administration of school found that different the status to occupy were not different.
