Abstract

The purpose of the study of  level of incentives of the volunteer "Volunteer Defense in Norasingha Operation Unit", and the relations between private factors which are sex, age, education, occupation, income, marital status, duration of work, and work incentives.The survey was conducted with 110 Volunteer Defense Staffs in Norasingha Operation Unit, Thalang District, Phuket Province. The data collected was to present to related authorities in order to increase work incentives for Volunteer Defense Staffs, Norasingha Operation Unit, Thalang District, Phuket Province.The most of the volunteers are proud to be part of  the Volunteer Defense Corps., and would help their colleagues with their work. The Volunteers Defense Staffs in Norasingha Operation Unit also satisfied with the support from government authorities relating to their responsibilities, and agree that their supervisor places importance on his subordinates.
