Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the performance of professional standard teacher and the guideline for teacher’s development of professional standard criteria under primary education service area office Ranong. Including 2 procedure, 1) there were to study the performance of professional standard teacher. The samples were 285 school principal school and teachers of Primary Educational Service Area Office Ranong selected by simple random sampling. The instruments were 5 - scale of questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using percentage (%), mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). To present The Guidelines for Teachers Development of Professional Standard Criterias Under Primary Educational Service Area Office Ranong by interview the 7 of specialist.
The research findings showed that overall of 12 standards at a high level. The highest was standard 8, acting as a good role of learners and the lowest was standard 11, findings the data for develop. The guideline for teacher’s development of professional standard were preparation academic performance like directing training supervision trace develop learners and the preparation of lesson plans. There are techniques, Innovation of media production and learning and teaching focus on the learners. The principal school follower up the teacher wrote report of learners on the development of learner-term. The leadership, good members, teachers, guardians and the community create sources that organized learning to learners in every situation.Full Text:
