EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE LION PERFORMANCE CLUB IN SCHOOLS GUANG DONG

Abstract


As a treasure of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, introducing lion Performance into university lion Performance clubs not only enriches campus cultural life, but also promotes the all-round development of students' physical and mental qualities. However, the clubs are faced with problems such as unbalanced development among universities, high mobility of members, and insufficient management innovation. By analyzing the essence of these problems, this paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies, including strengthening policy support and balanced allocation of resources, improving the training and incentive mechanism, and promoting management innovation and the integration of tradition and modernity, so as to enhance the management level and cultural inheritance ability.
