THE INFLUENCE OF STUDENT-CENTERED EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY ON STUDENT MANAGEMENT IN CHINESE UNIVERSITIES
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the impact of the student-centered education concept on student management in Chinese universities, with a view to promoting a better understanding and application of the concept in Chinese universities, and to cultivate more high-quality talents adapted to the rapid development of the society. By reviewing the relevant academic literature, this paper provides an in-depth explanation of the core content of the student-centered education concept and analyzes its value in student management in Chinese universities. Specifically, this concept can help promote the overall development of college students, cultivate innovative talents, and improve the efficiency of student management in colleges and universities. In addition, this paper also analyzes the challenges faced by student management in Chinese universities in implementing the student-centered education concept
in the context of the new era, and based on this, puts forward targeted implementation strategies to help Chinese universities implement this concept more effectively and promote the development of student management in Chinese universities to a higher level.
