Abstract

          The objective of this research is study aims to A participation in student affair administration by the personnels of student and teachers in Kaper Wittaya School the secondary educational service area office 14 And to find ways to improve participation in the management of student affairs. The population in this study is School faculty of Wittaya School Kaper district Ranong pravince the secondary educational service area office 14 of academic year 2016. The researchers used the sample-specific and simple random sampling. Among 41 samples were used in the statistical analysis was to determine the frequency, percentage, mean (), standard deviation (S.D.) and synthesis summary.
