แนวทางการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลฆ้องชัยพัฒนา อำเภอฆ้องชัย จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

Abstract

This research aimed to study stakeholders’ opinions on the management of Child Development Center in Khongchaipattana Sub-District KhongChai District in Kalasin province and to form guidelines to develop the Children Development Center. Participants in this research were KhongChai district administrators, municipal employees, teachers and caregivers, Chairmen in 4 children development center in KhongChai district area, and parents; 170 participants in total. The research took place in KhongChai district area in 2016 academic year. Research Experimental group consisted of 5 administrators, 19 municipal employees, 14 teachers and caregivers, 4 Chairmen, and 76 parents; which were 118 people in total that were selected by proportional stratified random sampling method by work status. Research tool was a child center development survey. The research found that 1) the management of the children center was at high level, and 2) the children center should add more social involvement in the facilitation.
