FACTORS IMPACTING PEOPLE IN PUBLIC SERVICE OF KHURA SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION PHANGNGA PROVINCE

Abstract

This study aims to 1) the factors that affect the people in the public service of the Tambon Kuraburi Amphur Kurauri Phang-Nga 2) To offer the plan of the factors development that affect the citizens and the public service of Tambon Kuraburi Amphur Kuraburi, Phang-Nga. The questionnaires had been used to collect the data from a sample consisting of 375 people and had been analyzed by computer with the statistical methods used to analyze from the statistic to analyze the data into Percentage average value and standard deviation . The hypothesis testing using the F-Test statistics by the statistical significance level of 0.05.

The research found that

1. The factors that affect the people in the public service of Tambon Kuraburi Amphur Kuraburi, Phang-Nga is in the overall moderate (3.28)ใ Considered by respectively into

    1.2    The encouragement of quality of life (3.39)

    1.3 The community organizing and keeping the peace. (3.20)

    1.4 Planning BOI Commerce and Tourism (3.11)

2. The development of the factors that affect the people in the public service of the Tambon Kuraburi Amphur Kuraburi , Phang-Nga should focus on developing the following issues:

    1)  Planning and promoting new investment. Architecture and tourism

    2)  To organize the community and maintained the peace

    3) Improve the quality of life

    4) Basic structure and foundation
