Abstract
This research aimed to study and compare the management of student development activities in Group network educational development 3 (Ngao-Tonped) under primary education department area of Ranong. The comparisons were conducted by teachers’ education degrees, school size, and teaching activity responsibilities. The samples used in the study were 102 teachers of the Group network educational development 3 (Ngao-Tonped) under primary education department area of Ranong. The instrument used in this research was a five-level. The date was analyzed by the computer software to find out the statistics on percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The research findings were as follows. 1) The management of student development activities in Group network educational development 3 (Ngao-Tonped) under primary education department area of Ranong in the teachers’ opinions, in overall and individual aspects, were at the high level. When arranged the individual aspects in descending order of means: Identifications of Policy and Practice Guidelines respectively, Promotion and Support, Supervision and Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting. 2) The comparisons of the management of student development activities in Group network educational development 3 (Ngao-Tonped) under primary education department area of Ranong revealed that the teachers with different education degrees opinions towards the management of the student drvelopment activities, in overall. When compared by the size of school and teaching activity responsibilities no differences were found in overall and individual aspects.
