แนวทางการพัฒนาการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส เครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาที่ 1-2 อำเภอเมือง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระนอง
Abstract
The objective of this research were 1. to study the requirement of internal supervision of teachers in the Educational Opportunity Expanding School and 2. to study the development guidelines on internal supervision of the Educational Opportunity Expanding School, Educational Management Networks 1-2, Muang District, Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The targeted group consisted of 70 teachers from the educational opportunity expanding schools by using a simple random sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires and interview forms and were analyzed by using computer program for statistical analysis. Then the collected data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation. The results of this research found that most teachers – 80.46 percent - required the internal supervision as overall was rated as a high level Instruction Media was at the highest level followed by Development of Educational Officers, Curriculum Development, Assessment and Evaluation and Learning Management. The analysis result found that the field of Learning Management was the lowest field, so it was needed to develop the guidelines in some fields ;for example: teachers don’t use child-centered method and curriculum in learning management but teaching by using student books instead. Moreover, interviewers suggested that internal supervision in Learning Management by using curriculum is needed.
