การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลองค์กรของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์
Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study relationship between leadership Administrators and effectiveness of academy organizations in Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area. The samples used in the research were 354 teachers in basic education schools under Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area by sampling using multi-stage random sampling. The tool used to collect data in this research was five rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data include frequency, percentage, Mean (), Standard Deviation (S.D.) and a correlation coefficient of Pearson (Pearson Product Moment Correlation).
The research results were as follow
1. Leadership of administrators in the opinions of teachers in basic education schools under Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area. Leadership and administrators in the opinions of teachers in basic education schools was at a high level. When considered in the order from the top considered on average of the highest three top leadership were 1) working as a team. 2) focus on the achievement and 3) communication and motivation.
2. The effectiveness of academy organizations in the opinions of teachers in basic education school under Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area was at a high level. When considered in the order from the side with the effectiveness of the organization’s top three high Academy were 1) The administrators has the vision, leadership and initiatives focus on developing learners. 2) administrators used participatory administration and used data assessment results or research results as base idea both academic and management. 3) satisfaction of students, parents and the community in the administration education management.
3. The relationship between administrators leadership and effectiveness Organization of academy under Office Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service were found that the overall relationship in a positive way. The level of statistical significance was .01 by the leadership was moderate. When considered the relationship between administrators leadership each aspect with the effectiveness organizations of academy under Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service. The relationship between administrators leadership and effectiveness organizations of academy under Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service were found that the overall relationship was in a positive way in all aspects. By organization of academy under Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area had more positive relationship than the other sides.Full Text:
