Abstract

       The purpose of this research was to study the confirmatory factor analysis of competency Information communication and technology for supporting staffs of Rangsit University. A simple random sampling was used as a research design. Data were collected by a survey from the samples of 437 people. The research instrument, the rating scale of 7, had the reliability level of 0.98. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis.

       The results of competency information communication and technology for supporting staffs of Rangsit University consists of three aspects which are knowledge, skill and attribute. It is found that the model fitted to the empirical data CMIN/DF= 1.96, CFI= .99, GFI= .92, TLI=.98, RMSEA =.05. The member of university management is able to utilize the results of these study as a master plan in order to efficiently improve competency information communication and technology for supporting staffs of university.
