Abstract
การศึกษาชนิดภาคตัดขวางนีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพือศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยทีเกียวข้องกับการบริหารยา
ระงับปวดอนุพันธ์ฝินชนิดรับประทานทีไม่ตรงตามแผนการรักษาในผู้ป่ วยนอกทีมีความปวดเรือรังและมา
รับบริการตรวจรักษาทีคลินิกระงับปวด โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ระหว่าง 1 พฤศจิกายน 2557 ถึง 31
กรกฎาคม 2558 กลุ่มตัวอย่างทีศึกษา คือ ผู้ป่ วยนอกทีได้รับการรักษาอาการปวดเรือรังด้วยยาระงับปวด
อนุพันธ์ฝินชนิดรับประทาน จำนวน 173 ราย ทีมีอายุตังแต่ 18ปี ขึนไป เก็บข้อมูลโดยวิธีตอบแบบสอบถาม
MMAS-8, วิธีตรวจนับเม็ดยา (จุดตัดที <80 และ>100 %) และวิธีสาธิตการรับประทานยาดังกล่าว วิเคราะห์
ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS ผลการศึกษาจากทัง 3 วิธีพบว่า ร้อยละ 52.6 ของ
ผู้ป่ วยนอกทีมีความปวดเรือรัง บริหารยาระงับปวดอนุพันธ์ฝินชนิดรับประทานไม่ตรงตามแผนการรักษา
ตามนิยามของ WHO โดยแต่ละวิธีให้ผลการศึกษาทีแตกต่างกันและมักจะได้ค่าทีตํากว่าเมือเทียบกับผลจาก
ทัง 3 วิธีรวมกัน ทังนี ความชุกของการศึกษานีได้ผลการศึกษาใกล้เคียงกับการประมาณการณ์ของ WHO
(ร้อยละ50)
