Abstract

This research. The purpose is to: 1) study the knowledge and understanding of
community leaders on the prevention and resolution of Drug Problems in the village 

community Srangkhom district, UdonThani province. 2) To study the role of community
leaders in preventing and solving Drug Problems in the village community Srangkhom district
,UdonThani province. 3) To study the problems and obstacles of community leaders in
preventing and solving Drug Problems in the village community Srangkhom district
,UdonThani province. The sample of this study was 123 community leaders. Data collection
tools were questionnaires.The statistics used were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The mean differences analyed by t-test and F-test and pairwise comparison uses LSD
The result of the research showed that Knowledge and understanding of community
leaders on prevention and resolutionof Drug Problems in the village community Srangkhom
district ,Udon Thani province province has a high level of knowledge and understanding.The
role of community leaders in preventing and solving Drug Problems in the village
community of Srangkhom district ,UdonThani province, was at a high level. Problems and
obstacles of community leaders in preventing and solving drug problems in the village /
community. The workload of community leaders has led many to prevent and solve drug
problems. Only one level can be achieved. People in the village / community lack
awareness of drug abuse. And lack of responsibility to the community and society. Because
it is not directly affected by the drug problem. There is limited limitation in the management
of drugs. And some community leaders get involved with the drug problem.
