ผลกระทบจากการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณของกรมทางหลวง ปี พ.ศ. 2561 ต่อเศรษฐกิจไทย : การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการผลิตและผลผลิต

Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of budget spending on the basic plan of the
Department of Highways in the year 2018 on the Thai economy at macro level and the level
of production. The analysis was conducted though and input-output model by using inputoutput
table of 2010 production factors of 180 sector of the National Economic and Social
Development Board to create and input-output model of 28 sector. As a result, The Ministry
of Highways' budget plan for the year 2018, amounting to 23,171.71 million baht or 0.10% of
the government budget, resulted in an expansion in Gross domestic product of 71,233.40
million Baht or 0.22% and in overall domestic output by 20.970%. Its change creates a 

highly direct impact on the Non-agriculture public works, Public administration and
Construction sector. And it also creates an indirect impact on the Non-agriculture public
works, Non-metallic Products and Mining & Querying respectively.
