Abstract


The objective of this  1) study was to explore the transformational leadership  of  Kraburiwittya  school  Administrators Affiliated with Secondary  Educational Service Area Office 14.  2) compare to  explore the transformational leadership  of  Kraburiwittya  school  Administrators Affiliated with Secondary  Educational Service Area Office 14 as classified by  sex, educational level, work  experience . The research population  was  75 teachers, persons  of  Kraburiwittya  school  Administrators Affiliated with Secondary  Educational Service Area Office 14. The instrument for this  research was a questionnaire to a reliability of 0.5, consisting of two parts: 1.General information, and 2.Transformational leadership, according to Bass and Avolio’s concept. The questionnaire used the Checklist and Rating Scale as the method to ask for information and opinion from participants. A model of Transformational Leadership consisted of four aspects: 1. Idealized Influence or Charisma Leadership :II or CL, 2. Inspiration Motivation :IM, 3. Intellectual Stimulation :IS, and 4. Individualized Consideration : IC. Data was analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. T-test (Independent  sample)  and  F-test  (One  Way  ANOVA)

The findings indicated that:

1) Overall, the transformational leadership  of  Kraburiwittya  school  Administrators Affiliated with Secondary  Educational Service Area Office 14.  District was at moderate level.     

2) compare to  explore the transformational leadership  of  Kraburiwittya  school  Administrators Affiliated with Secondary  Educational Service Area Office 14 as classified by  sex  of 1. Idealized Influence or Charisma Leadership :II or CL, 2. Inspiration Motivation :IM, 3. Intellectual Stimulation :IS, and 4. Individualized Consideration : IC. showed a statistically significant but no difference  .

3) compare to  explore the transformational leadership  of  Kraburiwittya  school  Administrators Affiliated with Secondary  Educational Service Area Office 14 as classified by education of 1. Idealized Influence or Charisma Leadership :II or CL, 2. Inspiration Motivation :IM, 3. Intellectual Stimulation :IS, and 4. Individualized Consideration : IC. showed a statistically significant but no difference  .  

4) compare to  explore the transformational leadership  of  Kraburiwittya  school  Administrators Affiliated with Secondary  Educational Service Area Office 14 as classified bywork  experienceof 1. Idealized Influence or Charisma Leadership :II or CL, 2. Inspiration Motivation :IM, 3. Intellectual Stimulation :IS, and 4. Individualized Consideration : IC.showed a statistically significant difference at .05
