Abstract


This research aims 1) to study management excellence. La-un District's elementary schools in the province seven areas: strategy, structure, personnel management methods. And how to value and management skills, and 2) to develop guidelines for school administrators to excellence of schools in La-un District Ranong population study. Teachers working in primary schools in the province of La-un District 70 peoples and professionals who have the knowledge and experience about the management of educational excellence that five instruments to study. Query idea of teacher Elder, your Data was analyzed by averaging Standard deviation. The results showed that 1) to study management excellence. La-un District's elementary schools in the province seven areas: strategy, structure, personnel management methods. And how to value and management skills.
