แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนอนุบาลระนอง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระนอง
Abstract
The objective of this study to conditions and guideline in effective academic administration. Research samples consisted of fifty teachers and administrators. Data was collected by interview and questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed by standard deviation, mean average, and percentages.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The conditions in effective academic administration in Anuban Ranong School in Primary Education Office in Ranong was in high level. And in each dimension is at the high level ranked in descending order according to the value of the mean. The most average was evaluation and assessment learning and teaching management curriculum and intra – supervision. The least average was research and quality of education development.
2. Guideline to development in effective academic administration in Anuban Ranong School in Primary Education Office in Ranong. Management curriculum the administrator must study curriculum and documentation curriculum to intimately and clearly. A committee should be appointed to analyze the curriculum and the environment, to set the vision, mission, goals and desirable characteristics and make them consistent with the structure of the curriculum and the subject strands, and to develop the school-based curriculum by assessing the curriculum and make an improvement every academic year. The school should take part with the organization of affiliation in making the curriculum of the class level, in evaluating school-based curriculum, and in supervising on the implementation of the school-based curriculum continuously. Intra – supervision should plan and set the intra-supervision system written in words, supervise regularly in order to increase morale to the practitioners. Learning and teaching should plan and create recognition and understanding for everyone concerned, set the individual lesson plan and other projects to help the special needs students, including to prepare academicals handbooks for teachers. On the aspect of research for development of educational quality, the emphasis should be on promoting the teachers’ classroom research, at least 1 topic in a semester by creating motives for them to be ready to learn and study and by organizing workshops for their development. This is to help teachers who are not able to conduct research independently. Research results should be publicized. There should be supervision, direction and follow up in order to seek ways of improvement, promotion and development for the maximum efficiency in the future. And evaluation and assessment should set the rules for guidelines on assessing compliance with educational standards.
