Abstract
In this thematic paper , the researcher examines and compares teachers’ opinion of teachers in the Boraborewittayakham school related to the competency core of education administrators in 4 aspects.These aspects are 1) achievement motivation 2) good service 3) selfdevelopment 4) team work
The sample population consisted of 100 teachers in the Boraborewittayakham school under the Secondary Educational Service Area office 26(Mahasarakham )teaching in the academic year 2016. The instrument of research was a fiverating scale questionnaire couched at the reliability level of 0.82.The researcher collected data from December 2016 to January 2017, a period of one month.
Using techniques of descriptive statistics, the researcher analyzed the data collected in terms of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. In conducting hypothesis testing, the researcher used the t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) techniques.
Findings are as follows:
1. Teachers college Boraborewittayakhan school Opinions on the performance of the American Academy for the overall and the top fore sideadministrators of the competency core in an overall picture and in each of the top 4 aspects at a very highest level.
2. Boraborewittayakhan school college teachers by sex, age and teaching experience is different Opinions on the performance of school administrators. Overall,and the difference was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Except teaching experience Working as a team is no different.
