Abstract


          The purposes of this research were to; 1) To study the role of the executive management Scout activities in  Network management studies at five Primary Educational Service Area Office Ranong. 2) For the development of Scouting in  Network management studies at five Primary Educational Service Area Office Ranong.

 The sample comprised 127 education personnel from twelve schools included school directors, deputy school directors, and teachers. The samples were chosen by accidental sampling (convenience sampling). The research was conducted during academic year of 2016. Frequency and percentage were used to analyze general data of the samples. Means and standard deviation were used to analyze data of development of Scouting.

          The findings reveal that

          1. The role involves the management in the administrative Scout activities127 people most are female the director or deputy director of scouting between the ages of 41-50 years old. Their government ages were between 1-5 years. Educational Courses.They Teaching experience Scouting for 6-10 years.

          2. The Management roles in administration Scout activities in  Network management studies at five Primary Educational Service Area Office Ranong. The overall high level And in the high level 4 level And moderate 1 level . first Administrative ,The staffing, The learning activities,Media events, The measurement and evaluation And Supervision respectively.          3. The executive management roles in Scouting activities in the five partner schools of education.                   3.1 Should support and make a statement like explicitly assign recipients.In policy The structural and administrative affairs Scouts in schools every year.3.2 Teachers should be encouraged to attend training courses scout of the knowledge society and an order to assign a receiver like clearly .Teachers are qualified scout was directing the group. Deputy director, deputy director and director of scouting staff.3.3 Should support and make a statement like explicitly assign recipients. Training among the scouts to participate action Activities and participants at every opportunity.3.4 Teacher training should be encouraged to develop their own to make use of tools for teachers to learners. For teaching purposes.3.5 Should command assignments are clearly like receptors. To record and report the results of operations. The annual Scouting event, and send teachers to attend training at every opportunity.
