Abstract


            The purposes of this research were to study the academic administration of secondary schools with immigrant student in Ranong and to find the guidelines for the development of the academic administration of secondary schools with immigrant student in Ranong. This study was divided into two steeps. The first step was to study the academic administration of secondary schools with immigrant student in Ranong one hundred and ninety directors and teacher of seven school by Krejcie and Morgan random sampling. The data collecting instrument war a questionnaire. The data analytic statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The second  step was to find the guidelines for the development of the academic administration of secondary schools with immigrant student in Ranong of five directors and teachers by the purposive random sampling. The data collective instrument was an interview. The study results were as follows:

          1) The academic administration of secondary schools with immigrant student in Ranong were at the high level in overall and every aspect. There were from the highest aspect to the lowest aspect respectively as follows; the Learning Development the Assessment Evaluation and Grading Transfer, The Education Technology Development  and Using, the Learning Resources  Development  and  Support, and the Education Consulting.

          2) The lowest level aspect of the guidelines for development of the academic administration of secondary schools with immigrant student in Ranong was the Educational Consulting. According to the interview, it revealed that it needed the cooperation of the secondary schools with the universities for giving the opportunities and knowledge for the immigrant students, higher education. With the career consulting, this may help these student to choose the suitable fields and careers for enhancing the expert skillful labours.
