Abstract
The purpose of this research were to study The Administrators’ Role in Development Teacher in Education Network Center Namphong – Karnaun for Education Support of School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 25.
The sample consisted of 176 people, One hundred and sixty-nine secondary school teacher in Education Network Center Namphong – Karnaun for Education Support of School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 25, and seven administrators. A set of questionnaires was properly develop to collect data.
The instrument included the Questionnaire,and interview The earned data were then analyzed to compute percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation.The Quality data analyzed by analytic induction
The result of this research were as follow :
1.The development of the secondary school teacher was conduct at the “much” level ranking in order as follows instructional process development, innovation development, and measurement and evaluation deviation.
2.The development suggestions for develop in for the secondary school teachers were as follow. – (1) support to preparing for instructional plans by analysis leaners and curriculum, (2) planning for school curriculum, (3) planning for evaluation, (4) should be various instruction media and (5) training teacher on research.
