Abstract

          The objective of this research is to

1) To study the leadership of the charismatic chief executive. Middle Management and personnel practices In the Kuraburi distric Phang-Nga Province 2) To offer the development plan to the charismatic chief Executives leader, Middle Management and personnel practices in Tambon Kura Amphur Kuraburi, Phang-Nga. For this occasion the Query depth had been used to collected all the information   from the sample group of 15 which included the Senior Manager level, the Middle Management and the personnel practices level  of Kura zone.  The overview from the Query depth had divided to 7 points1. The High Senior Manager leader , The Middle Manager and the practices level of Tambon Kura ,Amphur Kuraburi, Phang-Nga shows in respectively  1)  Extremly vision 2)  Use of unconventional strategies 3)  High personal risk 4) Accurate assessment of the situation 5)  Follower disenchantment 6) Communication of self-confidence 7) Use of personal power 3.30 2.
