Abstract


  The objectives this research project are to compare the opinions towards the transfer of the officers of Bangpho Fire and Rescue Station, Fire Extinguishing Unit 3, Office of Public Disaster Prevention and Relief, Bangkok Metropolitan, sorted by personal particulars; and to study on the factors for the transfer. The samples are 44 officials. The findings are as follows. 1. The results from the comparison of the transfer with One-way ANOVA technique show that the officials with different work experiences have different tendency to transfer with the statistical significance level of 0.05. Afterwards, the samples are tested with LSD (Least Significant Different) technique. The two pairs that show difference are the group of officials with lower than 5 year-experience with higher tendency to transfer than those with 5 – 10 year- experience; and the group of officials with lower than 5 year-experience with higher tendency than those with 10 year- experience or higher. 2.The factor that affects the overall transfer is the work ambience with 23% prediction.
