Abstract

          This independent study aims to studying Organizational Commitment of agent Numthong group. AIA insurance Company Limited. The population of the study comprise of 368 employees. The data was collected from self-administrative questionnaire and then was analyzed using descriptive statistics i.e. frequency, percentage, means, T-test, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Linear Regression.

          The results of study shown that the Organizational Commitment of agent Numthong group. AIA insurance Company Limited. could predict the level of overall Organizational Commitment, at 0.05 level of significant. Affective Commitment average 3.41, Continuance Commitment average 3.22 and Normative Commitment average 3.07. The individual factors were sex, age, status, education, work period and Income Level did not correlate significantly with overall Organizational Commitment and every dimensions of Organizational Commitment at 0.05 level of significant.
