Abstract


The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that affect decision making in choosing a master degree in business managment Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Center of Education Ranong.

The subjects were 160 state employees and businessman  in Ranong. Questionnair was used to collect data statistical techniques used were frequency, percentage and factor analysis .

The major findings were as follows

1. The general data reveal that most student were male aged 40-49 study in education Administration 121 persons were about 75.0 percent and also study in social and Development 39 persons were about 24.4 Most of the graduated student were married and worked as government  man in the institute.

2. Reasons of the decision making in choosing a master degree in business managment Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Center of Education Ranong. that most were need for studying new techniques 123 persons were about 76.9 percent. Another reasons a lots of the graduate student gave the most important about more than 50 percent were field of student which were concordance with their abilities and aptitude, need for Progression in future and convenience to travelling to study.

3. factors that affect decision making in choosing a master degree in business managment Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Center of Education Ranong.The  finding were 6 factors that explained the total variance were 62.9 percent. The rank of the importance ,from highest of student’s decision making of choose was

1.) Factor on the role of professor and faculty explained variance were  15.7 percent of the total variance

2.) Factor on curriculum explained variance were 10.4 percent of the total variance     3.factor on value  of social explained variance 10.2 percent of the total variance 4.Factor on percent economic explained variance were 9.9 percent of the total 5.Factor on famous of institute explained variance were 9.6 percent of the total varian and 6. Factor on motivating influence from people explained variance were 7.1 percent of the total variance.
