Abstract


          The research purpose was to study and compare administrators and teachers' opinions about the operation following the standard of Implementationof Information and Communications Technology Standards for Network Development Schools Three Ranong Primary Education Service Area Office. This research studied the various aspects of school administration, basic structure, teaching and studying, learning procedures, learning resources and participation among government and private sectors as well as communities. The research sample group was 90 headmasters and teachers. The instrument used to collect the data was the five rating scale questionnaire with 53 alternative items. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test for hypothesis test, One Way ANOVA, and paring test using the method of Least Significant Difference.

The results revealed that administrators and teachers' opinions about the operation following the standard of information technology and communication for education overall and Separated aspect put in the neutral level. When each aspect was considered separately, it was found that the aspect of basic structure was placed in the highest average score whereas the lowest average score was the aspect of learning resources. There was not difference when the data was classified according to Gender and age but there was a statistically significant difference at 05 when the data was classified according to Education and work experience.
