Abstract


The objectives of this research have been outlined as follow: 1). to study the guidelines in the development of Rajaprajanugroh 38 school Ranong province. 2). to compare the development processes of Rajaprajanugroh 38 School in Ranong by sex, age and education level. Data were collected from the population-executive directors, teachers and educational personnel in the schools with sample size of 62 respondents. These data were analyzed using the arithmetic mean, percentages, standard deviation as well as T and F tests and the results showed that 1). The development guidelines of Rajaprajanugroh 38 school, Ranong province in the overall management and administration sides were at the high level. 2). The finding in  comparing the development guidelines of  Rajaprajanugroh 38 school, Ranong by sex showed that the overall management and administration sides were also at high level  except that the developer resources  were different at a significant level of 0.05. 3). the findings on comparing the development guidelines of Rajaprajanugroh 38 school Ranong province by age showed that the overall management and administration sides were the same. 4). the findings on comparing the development guidelines of Rajaprajanugroh 38 school Ranong province by the level of education showed that management and administration sides were not different.
