GUIDELINES FOR TRAINING COOPERATION IN TIANJIN CITY

Abstract

This study presents guidelines for enhancing training cooperation in Tianjin City, aimed at fostering sustainable human resource development and improving workforce capabilities. By analyzing existing collaboration models between educational institutions, enterprises, and government agencies, the research identifies key factors contributing to successful training partnerships. The proposed guidelines emphasize the importance of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, curriculum alignment with industry needs, and continuous evaluation.
