Abstract

In recent years, China's education management has undergone significant  transformation  driven  by  technological  advancements,  policy reforms,  and  shifting  societal expectations. This paper examines the essential  elements of this  transformation,  including  the  integration  of digital tools in administrative processes, the enhancement of educational quality through data-driven decision-making, and the increasing emphasis on student-centered learning approaches. Notably, the implementation of the   "Internet   Plus   Education"   strategy   has   revolutionized   traditional management practices, allowing for more efficient resource allocation and enhanced  communication  among  stakeholders.  Furthermore,  the  study explores the role of educational policies in shaping management practices, particularly the impact of the national curriculum reform and the promotion of   diverse   educational   pathways.   Through   case   studies   of   various educational institutions, the paper highlights successful practices that have emerged from these reforms, demonstrating how adaptive management strategies  have  led  to   improved  educational  outcomes.  The  findings indicate that the future  of  education  management  in  China will  require ongoing   adaptation   to   changing   technologies,   the   establishment   of collaborative networks among educators, and a commitment to continuous improvement  in teaching  and  learning  processes.  Ultimately, this  paper contributes    to     the     understanding    of     educational     management transformations   in   China   and   offers   insights   for   policymakers   and practitioners  aiming  to  navigate  the  complexities  of  modern  education systems.
