INNOVATION OF HIGHER VOCATIONAL STUDENT MANAGEMENT MODEL BASED ON INDUSTRY-TEACHING INTEGRATION IN CHINA
Abstract
As an important path for the development of China's higher vocational education, the integration of industry and education aims to realize the organic connection between the education chain and the industrial chain through the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises. However, the traditional higher vocational student management mode is difficult to adapt to this change, exposing many problems. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by higher vocational student management in the context of integration of industry and education, and proposes to innovate in terms of management concepts, school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms, daily management, vocational literacy cultivation and the construction of information technology platforms. The study aims to improve the quality of higher vocational education, enhance students' vocational ability and employment competitiveness, deepen the integration of industry and education, deliver talents suitable for industrial upgrading to the economy and society, and provide Chinese experience for international vocational education exchanges.
