The Satisfaction of Online Sale System Development for B&M Bakehouse

Abstract


The objective of this study was to assess the satisfaction of the samples who were users of the online shopping system for B&M_bakehouse. Data were collected from 400 samples using questionnaires as research tool. The statistics were used to analyze the data in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-Test. Data-driven analysis was performed using computer software packages. The results showed that the most of the samples are satisfied with the efficiency of B&M_bakehouse website. For reasons of accuracy in the data linkage, the satisfaction level was at (X = 4.28, S.D. = 0.738) and the total mean was at ( = 4.19, S.D. = 0.765). Online sales system for B&M_bakehouse, overall satisfaction was at a high level. For the results of the hypothesis study, it was found that assumption 1.1, buying products of B&M_bakehouse website with different sexes had different satisfaction with the use of the system in various fields. The results of the study were consistent with the 0.05 level of significance hypothesis, hypothesis 1.2. B&M_bakehouse samples with different ages had different satisfaction with the use of the system in different areas. The results were consistent with the hypothesis at the significance level of 0.05. Hypothesis 2. Data system classification, as a result, the system can be used easily. The results were consistent with the hypothesis at the significance level 0. 05. Hypothesis 3: Fast search that meets the needs results in overall satisfaction with the system usage. The results were consistent with the hypothesis at the significance level of 0.05.
