Level of the Success of the School Anti-Drug Scout Projects
Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the success levels of the school anti-drug scout projects in terms of leadership of the school administrators, school policies, network cooperation, skills of scout commanders, budget, tools, and administration. This research utilized a quantitative research approach. The sample consisted of 480 scout commanders of the schools offering programs at grade 7- grade 9 (the educational opportunity extension schools). They were selected via stratified sampling. Data were collected with the use of a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation. The research findings showed that the success of the school anti-drug scout projects was at a medium level.
