Abstract


           This research work aims to 1) study the level of effectiveness in performance, 2) compare effectiveness of performance and 3) study motivating factors in working that affect effectiveness in performance. The sample group included 108 police officers at Police Hospital. The data were analyzed with t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings revealed that 1) the police officers at Police Hospital had opinions toward effectiveness in working in a high level in overall. The highest aspect was interpersonal skill in working with colleagues and commanders, followed by understanding of objectives of work, working with others and flexibility in working. In terms of production and effectiveness of performance and communication in among personnel, colleagues and commanders . 2) The police officers with different educational background and monthly salary had different effectiveness in performance at the statistical significance level of 0.05. 3) The motivating factors in working in terms of relationship with colleagues, success in performance, personal well-being, relationship with the commanders and compensation affected the effectiveness in performance of the police officers at Police Hospital.
