Abstract


         The objectives of this research were to study 1) the result of learning management and 2) the difficulties in learning management based on seven learning principles of Susan A. Ambrose et al. of 21st century students. The participants of the study were 90 second – year undergraduate students of politics branch, The instruments were a lesson plans, an achievement test and a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage and content analysis.

           The results showed that 1) the students were more involved and expressed better participation in the classes. The students got better understanding of lessons and got higher achievement test and satisfaction result. 2) Difficulties in learning management were the students had less knowledge and lacked of critical thinking skills. for more efficient learning, students should be supported for lesson readiness to get correct basic knowledge. They should also be supported to get morecritical thinking skills to be able to answer the test questionscorrectly.
