Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) develop Recording System which is aligned to Educational Quality Assurance for the Faculty level.  2) explore efficient of Recording System which is aligned to Educational Quality Assurance for the Faculty level. 3) study on users satisfaction through the Recording System which is aligned to Educational Quality Assurance  for the Faculty level. The sampling process in research was lecturers of Information Faculty with the amount of twenty samples size. Research Tools are 1) Research Information Recording System which is aligned to Educational Quality Assurance  for the Faculty level. 2) efficient satisfaction evaluation form for specialists. 3) questionnaire for users’ satisfaction assessment.

As a result, this Research Information Recording System which is aligned to Educational Quality Assurance  for the Faculty level have has its efficiency toward expert perspective which is normally distributed with mean 4.56 and  0.30 standard deviation. In term of users’ satisfaction view point found that the level of satisfaction was good with the mean 4.43 and 0.32 standard deviation.   Inconclusion, the Research Information Recording System which is aligned to Educational Quality Assurance  for the Faculty level, which was developed provide good quality and could be brought into the recording for Quality Assurance  for the Faculty level
