Abstract

This article aims to study the structures of Buddha statue’s name in Thailand. The names of Buddha statue are collected from the documents and analyzed. The result shows that the structures of Buddha statue’s names consist of 3 important elements, namely, the front part, the main part, and the classifier part. These elements can be formatted into 3 structures, namely, 1) The structure which consists of the front part + the main part, 2) The structure which consists of the front part + the main part + the main part, and 3) The structure which consists of the front part + the main part + the classifier.
