แนวทางการพัฒนากิจกรรมการบริบาลของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองบอน อำเภอโกสุมพิสัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม

Abstract

        This research aims to 1) study about practical activities and care for children in .Nong Bon subdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham. 2) To study the opinions of those involved with the development activities of the care center, child development about POSDCoRB process under the Administration Nong Bon. subdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham by using questionnaires rating scale by way of Liquor Mart five levels by providing comprehensive content-based framework to integrate data from 100 people as a sample. To consist of senior center Teachers, caregivers Assistant teacher to children, parents and other community organizations in the area of responsibility  insubdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham to collect data from a sample. And then analyzed by analysis of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The research results are as follows :

          1. The level of activity in the care of the Child Development Center under subdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham. The overall highest level in a practical level, an average of 4.44 on the basis of order fulfillment is the atmosphere and the environment clean and safe (4.64), Health (4.56), food hygiene (4.42. ) and promoting the development of children (4:15).

         2. The comments of those involved with the development activities of care centers, child development about POSDCoRB process under subdistrictAdminnistrative Organization, Kosumpisai, MahaSarakham.  The overall level is very appropriate. An appropriate level of 4.47 based on the average of the order of cooperation / coordination (4.65), performance reporting, and public relations (4.56), the budget process. (4.52), education director for the control and supervision of Artistic Administration. (4.47), planning  he predictions of the future (4.43), providing individuals and officials who work in accordance with the division of authority set (4.38) and government organizations (4.26).
