Abstract

           The purposes of this research were to study the condition and find the guidelines of the college administration according to the good governance management of the college administrators under Vocational Education Commission Uthaithani Area. The research procedure consists of 2 steps, 1) Study the condition of the college administration according to the good governance management of the college administrators. The population were 251 . The research instrument was a five- rating scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.96. The data were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. 2) Find the guidelines by using a group discussion and content analysis technique.

          The reseach finding were 1) the condition of the college administration according to the good governance management of the college administrators under Vocational Education Commission Uthaithani Area. Overall is at high level in all aspects. Top on the list were the principle of participation, followed by the worthiness, moral, rule of law, transparency, and responsibility. 2) The the guideline of the college administration according to the good governance management of the college administrators under Vocational Education Commission Uthaithani Area were; fist, control the teachers and personal’s behaviors follweal by the rules, regulations and orders on the administration and also mentor their performance, Second exchange and project as well, moreover, apprecinte the moral personnel, give them the appropriate awarls. Third, set the guideline, for inspecting and reporting the budget spending. Forth, allow the college committee participate in the college developmental plan. Fifth, set the operation result performance indicators and criterion according to the quality insurance. Finally, enconrage the personal use technology in the college allocate a budget cleverly for the equipment and materials, inspect the buildings to ensure that they are ready to use, renovate places for the good atmosphere.
