Abstract
The purpose of this research was 1) Study the academic administration of school with the extension of education opportunity program Ranong Educational Service Area Office there were 5 aspects ; study administration curriculum; learning and teaching; material equipment and teaching media; measurement and evaluation and internal supervision. 2) Compare the Personal factors affected onthe academic administration of school with the extension of education opportunity program Ranong Educational Service Area Office when the sample was classified with sex, age, education, working experience and working position. The sample obtained using a simple random sampling totaled 123 school administrators and teachers of educational extension school. The data gathered are analyzed with computer program by calculation to find out the standard statistics such as percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and F - test. The result revealed that1)The academic administration of school with the extension of education opportunity program Ranong Educational Service Area Office was rated at high level in overall. The school had the best in administration curriculum aspect and measurement and evaluation aspect, then learning and teaching aspect and internal supervision aspect. The worst aspect was material equipment and teaching media. 2) The comparison of aforementioned states was classified with sex, the overall, administration curriculum and internal supervision show the differences statistically significant at the 0.05 level, but learning and teaching, material equipment and teaching media and measurement and evaluation were not difference. 3) The comparison of aforementioned states was classified with age, the overall aspect were differences statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 4) The comparison of aforementioned states was classified with education, the overall shows were not difference. 5) The comparison of aforementioned states was classified with working experience, the overall, material equipment and teaching media, measurement and evaluation and internal supervision show differences are statistically significant at the 0.05 level, but administration curriculum, learning and teaching were not difference. 6) The comparison of aforementioned states was classified with work position; the overall shows were not difference.
