Abstract


This research was aimed to study 1) theSituation leadership of the schools of Bang
Khen District Office of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 2) the efficient performance of the teachers of Bang Khen District Office of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 3) the relationship between Situation leadership and efficient performance of the teachers of Bang Khen District Office of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.

The samples in this study were composed of 263 teachers who were government
officers of the schools belonged to the Bang Khen District Office of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The research instruments for data analysis were comprised of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.
The major findings revealed, firstly, theSituation leadership of the schools showed the high level in all four aspects. The most important high level was the achievementoriented leader. The second important high level was the supportive leader and the participative leader. The smallest level was the directive leader. Secondly, the efficient performance of the teachers presented the high level in all items. Considering the particular item, the highest level of issues was (1) Teachers could follow the plan of executive policies, and (2) Teachers and your colleagues worked together in harmony with each other. The second important item was teachers have been assigned a task in accordance with your
competence. The smallest level of item was teachers had been promoted reasonably. Finally, the relationship between Situation leadership and efficient performance of the teachers showed a high-level relationship with statistically significant at the 0.01.
