Abstract

This study is quantitative research with the objective of examining student satisfaction with the service quality of the Thai Traditional Medicine Diploma Program at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample group consisted of students enrolled in the program. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and the statistical methods used for analysis with a statistical software package included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results from 33 respondents revealed that the majority of students were female, accounting for 23 persons (69.7%), while 10 were male (30.3%). By year of study: 20 were first-year students (60.6%), 6 were second-year students (18.2%), and 7 were third-year students (21.2%). The analysis indicated that the level of student satisfaction with the service quality of the program was at the highest level, with an overall mean score of 4.72. All items were rated at the highest level. The top three aspects with the highest satisfaction were: the convenience of communication with staff and related personnel, the service of staff (courtesy, willingness to help, promptness), and the appropriateness of procedures and timeframes for academic services (e.g., registration, requesting documents, etc.), with mean scores of 4.93, 4.90, and 4.75, respectively.
