Abstract
This study aimed: 1) to study the academic administration of school administrators in the 9th of school network under the Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office in terms of curriculum development, the development of the learning process, measurement and evaluation, classroom research and supervisory performance in school. 2) To offer the ways in academic administration development of school administrators in the 9th of school network under the Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The simples consisted of 70 school administrators and teachers in the 9th of school network The data was analyzed by using computer program for finding means and standard deviation, including content analysis.
The results of the study were as follows: The academic administration of school administrators in the 9th of school network under the Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office is high level. The highest is the the development of the learning process. The lowest is supervisory performance in school. In parts of the ways in academic administration development of school, a school administrators need to have knowledge about curriculum development, preparing development plans for education, having leadership and making team work.
